Business Systems Delivery Lead

We are currently recruiting for a Business Systems Delivery Lead to work based in Billericay, Essex on a full-time, permanent basis.

About us

DCK is one of the world’s leading fashion jewellery companies, working with many well-known retailers and high street fashion brands including River Island, M&S, Matalan, Next, and Tesco.

As our business continues to grow and evolve, technology plays an increasingly important role in how we operate. We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Delivery Lead to join our Business Systems team and play a key role in delivering our technology and transformation roadmap.

This is a varied role combining Business Analysis with Project Management, providing the opportunity to work across DCK and with teams across the business and technology partners to deliver new systems, improve existing solutions, and successfully onboard new business.

The role

Reporting to the Head of Business Systems & Transformation, the Business Systems Delivery Lead will share ownership of delivering a portfolio of business systems projects and change initiatives across DCK.

  • Work closely with stakeholders from across the business to understand their requirements, identify opportunities to improve processes and systems, and translate those requirements into practical solutions.
  • Projects will range from enhancements to our existing business systems through to the implementation of new technology solutions and the systems workstreams associated with onboarding new customers and business opportunities.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys taking greater ownership of delivery, or someone already working in a hybrid Business Analysis and Project Management role.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders across DCK to understand business challenges, opportunities, and requirements.
  • Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and process-mapping activities.
  • Gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear system, process, and delivery requirements for internal teams and third-party partners.
  • Take ownership of Business Systems projects from initial concept through to successful implementation.
  • Develop and manage project plans covering scope, milestones, resources, dependencies, and key deliverables.
  • Manage project risks, issues, actions, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
  • Coordinate activity across internal stakeholders, technology suppliers, and other third parties and provide clear and concise project updates.
  • Support project budget tracking and help ensure delivery remains aligned to agreed objectives and outcomes.
  • Coordinate testing and UAT, ensuring solutions meet agreed business requirements before deployment.
  • Support go-live activity and transition new solutions into business-as-usual support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through better use of technology, automation, and process improvement.
  • Manage the onboarding of new business system requirements, ensuring system, data, integration, and process needs are understood and delivered effectively.
  • Act as a bridge between business teams and technical specialists, translating between business requirements and technology solutions.
  • Help establish consistent approaches to project delivery, documentation, and governance across the Business Systems function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
