About the role
Ready to shape the future of CRM and data insights as our Business Systems and Insights Manager? Join Imperial Business School to lead the development of our HubSpot platform, drive system integrations, and deliver the data, reporting, and user expertise that support world-class marketing, recruitment, and admissions.
What you would be doing
As our Business Systems and Insights Manager, you will lead the development and effective use of the Business School’s CRM platform, HubSpot, supporting marketing, recruitment, and admissions teams to work more efficiently and make better use of data.
- Manage and enhance CRM functionality
- Develop integrations and reporting solutions
- Provide guidance and training to users to ensure best practice
- Work with stakeholders across the Business School and wider Imperial community
- Use data insights to improve processes, support strategic decision-making, and enhance the candidate journey
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who can combine technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong stakeholder management skills to maximise the value of our business systems.
Experience of:
- Managing and developing CRM or marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot
- Creating reports, dashboards, and data insights to support decision-making
- Delivering user training and encouraging adoption of new systems and processes
- Managing data quality, governance, and compliance within a CRM environment
- Supporting system integrations using APIs and working with technical partners
- Analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement

You will be:

You will join the Business Systems & Insights team, working at the intersection of technology, data, and business operations to support the School’s strategic objectives and enhance the experience of prospective students.
