Business Systems & Integrations Manager

Fareham, Hampshire | Hybrid working | Up to £80,000

Tenth Revolution Group is supporting a growing property services organisation in Fareham to recruit a hands-on Business Systems & Integrations Manager.

This is a key role for someone who enjoys owning systems end-to-end: keeping core applications reliable, solving problems when they arise, improving how information moves through the business and building practical solutions that make teams more effective.

The business has a broad and increasingly connected technology estate, with numerous systems and client platforms exchanging data through APIs and integrations. You will take ownership of this environment, ensuring the systems, data flows and reporting that support the operational business continue to run smoothly as the company grows.

The role

  • Own, support and continuously improve the organisation’s core business applications and integrations.
  • Manage and develop systems including Sage 50, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, Joblogic and Roveel.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and enhance API integrations with client and third-party systems.
  • Investigate and resolve issues across systems, data, reporting and integrations, providing clear support to users across the business.
  • Develop automation, dashboards, reporting and business applications to improve processes and reduce manual effort.
  • Review, test and troubleshoot technical solutions and AI-generated code where required.
  • Work closely with operational and non-technical stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements and deliver pragmatic improvements.
  • Help shape the future systems and integration capability as the business continues to invest in technology.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we are looking for

  • Comfortable working across a varied business systems environment rather than being limited to one product or platform.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and take ownership through to resolution.
  • Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience within property services, facilities management, construction or another operationally driven environment would be useful, but is not essential.
