Business Systems & Integrations Manager
Location: Fareham, Hampshire (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)
Salary: Up to £70,000
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
The Opportunity
We are working with an established and growing UK business looking to appoint a Business Systems & Integrations Manager to take ownership of its internal systems, applications and business-critical integrations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically hands-on professional who enjoys solving complex problems, improving business processes and taking responsibility for an organisation's technology environment.
You will inherit an established systems landscape, ensuring continuity while identifying opportunities to improve automation, reporting and integrations. Longer term, there is potential to build and lead a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the organisation's core business systems, applications and integrations.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and develop APIs connecting internal systems with external client platforms.
- Develop and enhance solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues involving applications, databases, integrations and data flows.
- Review, test, debug and improve existing code and AI-assisted developments.
- Develop reporting, dashboards and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver practical technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities to modernise systems, streamline processes and improve data accuracy.

Skills & Experience Required
- Strong experience supporting and developing business-critical applications and integrations.
- Hands-on API integration experience, including REST APIs, troubleshooting and data exchange between systems.
- Programming experience with Python, JavaScript, C#, SQL or similar technologies.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power BI.
- Experience working with databases, data structures and system integrations.
- Ability to understand, review and troubleshoot existing code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to take ownership of technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Desirable Experience
- Experience with ERP, CRM, finance or field service management systems.
- Familiarity with Sage 50, Joblogic or similar business applications.
- Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.
- Previous responsibility for an organisation's internal business systems.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
