We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Manager to lead how we use technology to improve the way the business operates.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role centred on AI, automation, business applications, systems integration and process improvement. We are looking for a builder and problem-solver who can spot inefficiencies, understand the underlying business need and turn ideas into practical technology solutions that deliver measurable results.
A key focus will be AI and emerging technology. You will identify opportunities, develop and implement AI-enabled solutions and automate processes that improve productivity, data quality and the customer and employee experience.
You will own the development and continuous improvement of our business applications, working across Dynamics 365, Business Central, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power BI and Azure. You will also lead systems integration, APIs, data flows and the development of automated workflows and lightweight applications.
Working closely with senior leaders and teams across the business, you will translate business challenges into technology solutions and lead projects from initial idea and business case through to implementation and benefits realisation.
You will also manage key technology suppliers and development partners, ensuring solutions are delivered effectively, while contributing to technology due diligence and integration activity as the organisation continues to grow.
Ultimately, this role is about making technology work harder for the business — finding better ways of working, building the solutions to make them happen and delivering measurable improvements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
