We are now looking for an experienced Business Systems Manager to take ownership of the systems that keep our business running and help drive meaningful change across the organisation.


About The Role

This is a highly visible role reporting into the CTO, where you'll be responsible for managing Kingdom's core business systems, including finance, CRM and workforce management platforms. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand operational needs, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver successful technology solutions that create real business value.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and delivering projects from concept through to implementation.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning and managing Kingdom's core business systems.
  • Leading system upgrades, enhancements and new implementations.
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Working closely with software vendors and implementation partners.
  • Introducing effective change control and governance processes.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements.
  • Supporting the development of Kingdom's wider technology roadmap.

What We're Looking For

You'll Have

  • Experience in a Business Systems, IT Change, Systems Delivery or similar role.
  • Proven experience delivering system implementations and upgrades.
  • Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers and software vendors.
  • Knowledge of finance systems, CRM platforms and workforce management software.
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A practical, commercial and solutions-focused approach.
  • A passion for continuous improvement, technology and innovation.
