Business Systems & NetSuite Manager

We're looking for an experienced Business Systems & NetSuite Manager to lead the development and day-to-day management of our business systems, helping our global team work smarter and more effectively.

This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of business-critical systems and turning technology into practical business improvements. You'll have ownership of NetSuite and our connected platforms, and work closely with colleagues across Finance, Sales, Operations and Warehousing to improve processes, automate manual tasks, maintain high-quality data and deliver systems that support the business as it grows. You'll also lead the effective use of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint and manage our relationship with our outsourced IT partner.

We'd especially love to hear from you if you have strong NetSuite experience and a track record of delivering practical systems improvements across a business.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Acting as the internal owner and primary administrator for NetSuite, managing configuration, permissions, workflows, dashboards and reporting.
  • Supporting and optimising connected business systems, including integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Managing EDI connections and system integrations, identifying and resolving issues to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Leading systems improvement projects from initial scope through to testing, implementation and user training.
  • Identifying opportunities to automate processes and introduce practical AI-enabled improvements.
  • Owning and prioritising the business systems development roadmap.
  • Driving effective use of Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams to improve collaboration and document management.
  • Managing the day-to-day relationship with our outsourced IT provider, including onboarding, licences, equipment and service performance.
  • Supporting colleagues with business systems, creating user guides and helping teams get the most from the tools they use every day.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
