About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and analytical Business Systems Support Analyst to join our Business Systems Support team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with business-critical systems, and making a real difference to operational performance and customer experience.

This role is offered on a full-time basis, or part-time basis working a minimum of 25 hours per week. We are happy to discuss this and any flexible working arrangements at interview.

In this role, you'll be part of an operational team responsible for the resolution of queries and issues raised in relation to the systems supported (currently alto, customer workflow salesforce, developer services salesforce, metering salesforce, temetra, my account, mobile app and debt manager), together with carrying out user acceptance testing on these systems.

You'll identify the cause of issues and either raise for further IT investigation and fix, correct the issue or implement a work around in the interim.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
