📍 Reading | Hybrid Working

We're looking for an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join our growing Transactions Tax team.

Working alongside our award-winning Corporate Finance and Transaction Diligence teams, you'll advise a diverse client base ranging from owner-managed businesses and private equity-backed companies to international groups across a variety of sectors.

What you'll be doing

  • Advising on acquisitions, disposals, MBOs and group reorganisations
  • Delivering tax due diligence and transaction structuring projects
  • Providing international tax and employment-related securities advice
  • Working closely with clients, investors and management teams
  • Supporting business development, training and marketing initiatives

What we are looking for

  • ACA and/or CTA qualified
  • Strong corporate tax knowledge with proven transactions tax experience
  • Experience in tax due diligence, M&A advisory or transaction structuring
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and provide commercial advice
  • A collaborative approach, with experience working alongside tax, corporate finance and wider advisory teams
