Our Business Technology Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to experience different areas of technology and business operations before beginning to specialise. Throughout the programme, you’ll complete a series of structured rotations across GIS, working with different teams, contributing to real projects and developing a broad understanding of how technology supports Computacenter and its customers.
As part of the programme, you'll complete rotations across a range of teams and functions within GIS, which may include:
- Cybersecurity, helping to protect Computacenter’s systems, data and customers through areas such as security governance, risk management, compliance, security operations and cyber resilience.
- Data & Analytics, turning information into meaningful insights, identifying trends and supporting data-led decision-making across the business.
- Delivery, supporting projects and programmes that introduce new technologies, improve business processes and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Platforms & Services, learning how critical digital services, including cloud, workplace technology, automation, testing, infrastructure and service management, are developed, operated and improved.
- Office of the CIO, gaining insight into how technology strategy, governance, performance, finance, business continuity and supplier partnerships support wider business objectives.

What you’ll do
As part of the Business Technology Graduate Programme, you’ll work across a range of teams and activities, which could include:
- Working with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges and support technology initiatives
- Contributing to projects and programmes that deliver technology and business change
- Gathering, analysing and presenting information to support decision-making
- Using data to identify trends, provide insights and improve business performance
- Supporting activities relating to technology governance, risk, security and compliance
- Helping to coordinate project activities, actions, documentation and communications
- Learning how technology services are designed, delivered, supported and continually improved
- Collaborating with colleagues across GIS and the wider Computacenter business
- Building relationships and developing a professional network across different teams and functions
As part of the programme, you’ll follow a structured development plan and gain hands-on experience across a variety of business areas. Your rotations will help you develop a broad understanding of GIS before identifying potential areas in which to build your future career.

What you’ll need
- You are degree educated, with any subject and classification accepted
- You’re curious about how technology supports and shapes business
- You’re open to learning about different areas of technology and business operations
- You’re confident building relationships and communicating with others
- You’ll have the ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively
- You enjoy solving problems and finding smarter ways of working
- You’re comfortable analysing information and presenting your ideas and insights
- You’re organised and confident managing tasks and documentation
- You’re adaptable and comfortable moving between different teams and areas of work
- You are free from September 2027 to start the 12-month graduate programme
