ZS’s Technology group focuses on scalable strategies, assets and accelerators that deliver to our clients enterprise-wide transformation via cutting-edge technology. We leverage digital and technology solutions to optimize business processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation. Our services include, but are not limited to, Digital and Technology advisory, Product and Platform development and Data, Analytics and AI implementation.
This role sits at the intersection of technology delivery, supply chain operations, and agentic AI. You’ll work across planning, CMC and manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, logistics, and merchandising, designing tailored solutions rather than implementing off-the-shelf software.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of custom technology solutions.
- Turn complex business needs into clear architectures, road maps, and implementation plans.
- Build solutions across planning, manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, distribution, logistics, and merchandising.
- Identify high-value agentic AI use cases for decision support, automation, exception management, and workflow orchestration.
- Guide solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning business, engineering, data, analytics, and AI.
- Own project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and integrated with client systems.
- Run client workshops and translate technical ideas into clear business outcomes.
- Contribute to prototypes, demonstrations, thought leadership, and new solution development.

What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in technology delivery, digital transformation, or custom solution development.
- A track record of leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Experience in supply chain planning, CMC, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, logistics, merchandising, or related operations.
- Experience building tailored solutions, not just implementing packaged software.
- Working knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled workflows.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of data integration, APIs, analytics, automation, and modern application architecture.
- Strong problem-solving, project leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Consulting experience is a plus, but not required. We also welcome candidates from internal technology strategy, supply chain technology, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or operations technology roles.
