About this role
Sensor Tower is the leading provider of market intelligence and insights for the mobile app ecosystem. Our data-driven solutions empower businesses, developers, and marketers to make informed decisions and stay ahead in the competitive mobile landscape.
We are looking for a skilled Business Technology Support Engineer to join our team to manage the day to day information technology tools and facilities for our amazing global staff.
You are a service oriented, self starting, problem solver that thrives working in a modern SaaS company.
What You Will Focus On
- Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures related to Corporate IT, info security and SOC II compliance.
- Review new vendors and work on process improvements.
- Purchase and coordinate delivery of IT equipment & maintain asset inventory.
- Maintain SaaS applications and licensing.
- Collaborate and communicate with technical leaders to ensure systems operate within security controls.
- Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
- Train users on IT systems and provide technical support when issues arise.
- Assist with employee provisioning and deprovision.

Skills We Are Interested In
- Operating system knowledge (Mac and Windows).
- Proficiency in scripting languages.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail.
- Experience with GSuite, cloud automation, MDM and other SaaS tools.
- Proficiency with installation/configuration of software and hardware (including network equipment and printers).
- Excellent communication skills for communicating with the business technology team, employees and other departments.
