As a Graduate Marketing Partner, you’ll get the chance to experience marketing from all angles — from digital and social media to campaigns, PR, partnerships, brand, consumer communications and social impact.
This isn’t a graduate programme where you’ll sit on the sidelines. You’ll work on real campaigns, get involved in live projects, bring ideas to the table and see your work reach real consumer.

- Consumer Marketing – understanding our audiences and using insight to make communications more relevant and engaging.
You’ll collaborate with experienced marketers and teams across InPost, giving you a broad understanding of how marketing supports a fast-growing consumer business.

What you’ll be doing
No two days will be the same.
You might be helping launch a social campaign one day, supporting a PR opportunity the next, and then collaborating with a partner to develop a new consumer activation.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Support B2C marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, partnerships and wider brand activity.
- Help create engaging content for our social and digital channels, thinking about what will make consumer stop, look and engage.
- Use consumer and campaign insight to understand what’s working and identify opportunities to improve.
- Support campaign planning, from initial idea through to delivery and evaluation.
- Work with creative and external agencies to bring campaigns and content to life.
- Help develop PR stories, events and communications that build awareness of the InPost brand.
- Support partnerships with brands, charities, community organisations and other external partners.
- Get involved in CSR and social impact initiatives, helping turn good ideas into campaigns that people want to get behind.
- Explore new ways to reach and engage consumer across an increasingly digital landscape.
- Track campaign performance and use data to understand impact and inform what we do next.
- Collaborate with teams across InPost, including Commercial, Consumer Experience, Network & Customer care
- Manage your own workload, take ownership of projects and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
Most importantly, you’ll be encouraged to bring ideas, ask questions and challenge the status quo.
What we need from you
We’re not expecting you to be a marketing expert… that’s what this programme is for.
We’re looking for graduates who are curious about the consumer, excited by brands and interested in how great marketing gets people to take notice and act.
You’ll need:
- A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline.
- You’ll need to have graduated within the last three years — in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
- A genuine interest in marketing, PR, brands, consumer and Corporate Social Responsibility
- Curiosity about what makes people engage with content, campaigns and brands.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using data and insight to understand performance and make decisions.
- Creativity and the ability to turn an idea into something practical.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- The confidence to collaborate with different teams, stakeholders and external partners.
- A proactive attitude — you’ll be someone who spots an opportunity and gets stuck in.

- Marketing, communications, PR, social media, content or campaign experience through work, university, placements, volunteering or personal projects.
- Experience creating content for social media or digital channels.
- Experience working on a campaign, event or partnership.
- An interest in CSR, sustainability or social impact.
- Experience using tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, PowerPoint, Excel or similar platforms.
- An interest in consumer behaviour, e-commerce, retail or technology.
