Business Transformation Analyst
We're seeking a proactive Business Transformation Analyst to support the delivery of high-profile strategic change initiatives across the Group that operates globally. Combining data analysis, reporting and insight generation with project coordination, communications and stakeholder engagement, you'll play a key role in driving successful business transformation outcomes.

A leading global manufacturing company that is embarking on a large transformation project is looking for an experienced Business Transformation Analyst with strong data and presentation skills to join their team.
Description
We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Business Transformation Analyst to support the delivery of strategic change initiatives across the Group. Working closely with project leads and key stakeholders, you will provide project coordination, data analysis, reporting, communications and change support to help drive successful business transformation outcomes.
This is a varied hybrid role, ideal for someone with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills who enjoys working across multiple projects, producing meaningful insights, and supporting business-wide change in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of business transformation programmes.
- Producing high-quality reports, analysis, presentations and stakeholder communications.
- Managing survey activity from deployment through to analysis and reporting.
- Delivering data-driven insights and KPI tracking to support decision-making.
- Supporting change management, communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Developing guidance materials, toolkits and supporting resources.
- Working with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive progress and resolve issues.
- Providing analytical, reporting and project support across a variety of strategic business initiatives.
- Managing and delivering 20% of HR initiatives and projects.
Profile
A successful Business Transformation Analyst must have:

- Proven experience coordinating technology projects in a global / industrial manufacturing environment
- Excellent data analytics and Excel experience
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Ability to manage and deliver fragmented projects across core business units.
- Proven experience in analysis and reporting.
- Stakeholder management
- Working well under pressure
- Eye for detail
Job Offer
- Daily rate (DOE) outside IR35
- Hybrid 1-2 days a week onsite
- 6 month contract
- Starting September 2026
