Your new company

A leading engineering and technology organisation is seeking an experienced Business Transformation Consultant to support a major digital transformation programme within a highly regulated engineering environment. Working on a complex product development and systems integration initiative, you will play a key role in shaping future-state architecture and improving how engineering and operational systems interact across the business.

Your new role

As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will work closely with engineering, technology, and business stakeholders to assess existing processes, identify integration opportunities, and define a future operating model that supports long-term business objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading discovery workshops with business, engineering, and technology teams.
  • Reviewing existing product development, engineering, and manufacturing processes.
  • Assessing current IoT and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) capabilities and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Defining and documenting product development architecture and future-state operating models.
  • Identifying integration requirements across engineering, manufacturing, operational, and enterprise systems.
  • Producing architecture artefacts, transformation roadmaps, and strategic recommendations.
  • Supporting business transformation initiatives across engineering and product development functions.
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.
  • Communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
