Business Transformation & Finance Consultant
Remote / Hybrid, England
£150,000 - £250,000+ realistic earnings potential
For someone who has built up serious commercial experience and is now looking for a different way to use it.
You might be an experienced Finance/ business leader, adviser or exited founder who wants to work directly with ambitious business owners, helping them improve performance, scale effectively and build stronger businesses.

What you’ll be doing
- Advising owners on growth, profitability and operational improvement
- Improving financial reporting, forecasting and management information
- Helping leadership teams navigate scaling, restructuring and transformation
- Turning strategy into practical delivery plans
- Supporting succession, investment and exit planning
- Building long-term relationships with accountancy firms and professional advisers
