Are you passionate about driving meaningful business transformation and delivering measurable operational improvements?
We're partnering with a leading organisation in the Retail / Healthcare sector seeking an experienced Business Transformation Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of strategic change initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost optimisation, productivity improvement, and sustainable business performance.
This highly visible role sits at the heart of the organisation's transformation agenda, working with senior leaders across multiple business functions to identify opportunities, drive delivery, track benefits, and ensure improvements become embedded within day-to-day operations.
The Opportunity
You'll play a key role in shaping and managing transformation activity across the business, ensuring initiatives deliver against strategic objectives while generating tangible financial and operational outcomes. You'll work closely with functional leaders, finance teams, and programme sponsors to maintain momentum, remove barriers to delivery, and maximise value from change investments.
This is not a technology transformation role. It is a business-facing position focused on improving how the organisation operates, reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and ensuring benefits are realised and sustained.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
