Business Transformation Manager EMEIA
As part of our ambition to create a more efficient, scalable and digitally enabled EMEIA organisation, we are seeking a delivery-oriented Business Transformation Manager EMEIA. In this high-impact role, you will lead cross-functional cost efficiency and transformation initiatives across SG&A functions, translating opportunities into robust business cases, implemented solutions and sustained benefits. Working across Business Areas, Product Segments, functions and IT, you will help move intelligent automation beyond pilots to deliver tangible improvements in cost, productivity, service quality and ways of working.
Reporting to the SVP & CFO EMEIA
The Business Transformation Manager EMEIA is responsible for leading the back-office transformation agenda, with a primary focus on cost efficiency, productivity improvement and scalable operational excellence.
Acting as the bridge between business functions, IT, Business Areas and Group automation teams, the role will ensure automation initiatives move beyond pilots and experimentation to deliver measurable and sustainable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead divisional cost efficiency programmes across SG&A and back-office functions.
- Build and manage the EMEIA cost efficiency pipeline.
- Develop business cases and implementation roadmaps for transformation initiatives.
- Lead the identification and prioritisation of RPA, AI and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with Group and EMEIA IT technical teams.
- Promote adoption of automation tools and solutions across support functions. This role supports the divisional focus on scaling automation value and strengthening execution capacity.
- Manage transformation projects from ideation through implementation and benefit realisation.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder alignment.
- Establish KPI frameworks and benefits tracking mechanisms.
- Monitor achievement of savings, productivity and service-level improvements.
- Report progress and value delivery to Divisional Management and Finance Leadership.
- Encourage continuous improvement and innovation across support functions.

Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or similar
- PMP/Prince2/Agile desirable
- Lean Six Sigma beneficial
- Transformation experience
- Cost efficiency programme delivery
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder groups.
- Exposure to AI, RPA, Power Platform and automation technologies.
- Experience developing business cases and benefits tracking.
- Change management and process redesign experience.
