About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Manager to play a key role in delivering strategic transformation initiatives across a complex, global organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving change, improving operational performance, and supporting large-scale business initiatives.
Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you will help shape and deliver transformation programmes, monitor progress against strategic objectives, and ensure successful implementation of change across multiple functions and locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of business transformation programmes and strategic initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate transformation projects from planning through to implementation.
- Analyse business data, performance metrics, and financial information to support decision-making and investment priorities.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, project teams, and external partners to achieve programme objectives.
- Contribute to the development and consolidation of transformation plans and business improvement activities.
- Establish effective governance, monitoring, and reporting processes to track project performance and manage risks.
- Identify and resolve project interdependencies, overlaps, and potential conflicts across functions and geographic locations.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure alignment and successful delivery of change initiatives.
- Coordinate regular project reviews, progress meetings, and action plans to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure project activities are delivered in line with corporate governance requirements and business standards.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience leading or supporting business transformation, organisational change, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working within complex, global, or multi-cultural environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects through to completion.
- Good financial, commercial, and governance awareness.
- A degree in Business, Economics, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
