Transformation Manager
A global consultancy are looking to expand their team in London. Our client is currently looking for a passionate Transformation Manager with previous experience within Commercial or Specialty insurance to realize their own vision on delivering change to multiple domains. This is about bringing unique ideas to the table, not working to a specification.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering a program of change in support of their Commercial & Specialty Insurance function. As part of the Domain Leadership, you will provide strategic input to the domain objectives and be responsible for translating those objectives into a suite of achievable, tangible deliverables.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivery of consulting or change projects within insurance.
- Proven experience within projects engaged on Target Operating Model, business processes and/or IT solutions.
- Proven experience working in areas such as Broking, Underwriting & Distribution, Claims, Operations, IT, Data, Finance, Risk, Regulatory.
- Strong experience in a dynamic business change with the ability to influence across both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ideally the candidate has to have a strong consulting background.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.

Salary & Package
£95,000 per year base + bonus and a variety of benefits
Location
London with 2-3 days per week in office
