Role Overview
Drive transformation across our UKIMEA business by harnessing AI, innovation and technology to deliver smarter ways of working and measurable business value.
Join Sedgwick's expanding International Transformation team and help shape the future of our UKIMEA business through innovation, technology and business transformation. Reporting to the SVP Transformation Lead for International, you will play a key role in identifying how Artificial Intelligence, automation and emerging technologies can improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences and deliver measurable business value. Working closely with Operations, Technology, Product and business leaders, you will translate strategic priorities into practical transformation initiatives that support growth across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive transformation initiatives using AI, innovation and technology
- Collaborate with various teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Translate strategic goals into actionable transformation plans
- Coordinate initiatives from discovery through to implementation
- Develop transformation roadmaps and establish measures of success
- Support business process redesign and facilitate workshops
- Evaluate, prioritise and implement innovative solutions
- Bridge the gap between business and technology teams
- Drive adoption of new ways of working and support organisational change

Key Skills and Experience
- Business Transformation Expertise: Experience in delivering strategic transformation initiatives.
- Innovation & AI Mindset: Genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.
- Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Skilled in gathering requirements and analysing business processes.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and build strong relationships.
- Technology Partnership: Ability to collaborate between business and technology teams.
- Change Leadership: Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving adoption of new ways of working.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Commercial & Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance innovation with operational and commercial considerations.
- Qualifications & Industry Experience: Degree educated in a relevant discipline, with experience in consulting, insurance, claims management, financial services or other regulated environments. Professional certifications in project management, Agile, Digital Transformation, AI or Change Management are beneficial.
- Language Skills: Fluent English is essential; French language skills would be advantageous within our international environment.
