About The Team And Role

The Business Transformation team, part of the Strategy & Transformation function, drive strategic transformation programmes across CBRE Investment Management’s global organisation seeking to improve business performance. You will partner directly with senior leaders to define challenges, shape future-state solutions and drive measurable adoption. Workstreams may be business-driven (process, policy or operating model redesign), analytically complex (data analysis, requirements architecture) or cross-functional, and will draw on deep industry, institutional and technical expertise. Critically, this role requires the ability to embed credibly within business teams as a trusted change agent, augmenting Subject Matter Expert (SME) capability while maintaining the structure and rigour of a senior transformation practitioner.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage transformation workstreams end-to-end, from problem framing and stakeholder alignment through solution design, business readiness and lasting adoption.
  • Run current-state assessments (process mapping, data-flow analysis, control evaluation) and design future states with clear, measurable performance targets.
  • Apply business-architecture and systems-thinking principles to develop options, weigh trade-offs and recommend the strongest solution.
  • Conduct business analysis tasks such as research, data analysis, stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering and gap analysis to shape transformation initiatives.
  • Prepare and present findings, recommendations and status updates to business stakeholders, adapting your message to the audience.
  • Drive change management activities, including impact assessments, communication plans, training and adoption tracking.
  • Embed within business teams as a change agent, coaching SMEs, building new capabilities and driving adoption of new ways of working.
  • Partner with technology and project teams, translating business needs into requirements and supporting UAT, test scripting and release.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team, sharing knowledge, seeking feedback and growing your skills across change, analysis and investment management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
