Are you a commercially minded project professional with a passion for transformation, data, and driving business performance?
We’re looking for a Business Transformation Project Manager to join our Transformation team in Cardiff or Redhill. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a commercial, operational, or business improvement background who enjoys turning insight into action and delivering meaningful change.
In this role, you'll work across the business to identify opportunities, improve processes, and deliver transformation initiatives that create measurable value. Using data, automation, and digital tools, you'll help shape strategic decisions, influence stakeholders, and support the delivery of innovative solutions that enhance both customer and business outcomes.
What you'll be doing
As a Business Transformation Project Manager, you'll play a key role to help us deliver meaningful change. You’ll:
- Deliver strategic transformation initiatives that improve business performance and support commercial objectives.
- Use data and business insights to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and operational improvement.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and make sure that transformation projects are delivered successfully.
- Drive innovation through the use of automation and digital tools, to streamline processes and improve customer experiences.
- Analyse end-to-end business processes and recommend solutions that deliver sustainable value.
- Create and implement frameworks, tools, and best practices that support change and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project performance, risks, benefits, and outcomes to make sure we deliver measurable results.
- Build strong relationships across the business to help deliver successful outcomes.
- Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment, where priorities and business needs can change.

Who we're looking for
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with a passion for transformation and business improvement.
You'll bring:
- Experience within transformation, project management, business improvement, commercial operations, or programme delivery.
- A commercial mindset with an understanding of how business decisions impact performance, profitability, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Experience using automation, technology, and digital tools to improve processes and ways of working.
- The confidence to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and constructively challenge where needed.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and engaging way.
- A collaborative approach and experience working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
