The Role
As a Business Transformation Specialist reporting to the Chief AI Officer, you'll turn Quoreka's investment in AI into commercial results, one department at a time.
This is an individual-contributor role, broader and more open-ended than a typical operations or program seat – and we're looking for someone who prefers it that way. You want to change how businesses operate – and to see it through yourself. And you know it takes department-by-department – or user-by-user – customization, not a one-size-fits-all playbook.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Do
- Personally drive AI adoption and best practices within Quoreka. Sit (physically or virtually) with individuals and small teams to get them using GenAI in their day-to-day work.
- Conduct AI readiness assessments across business units – interviewing stakeholders, documenting how work gets done, and identifying high-leverage use-cases for GenAI automation.
- Configure and orchestrate AI tools on Anthropic's Claude stack, such as Cowork and Managed Agents, standing up working solutions for real problems across the business.
- As needed, track and report AI adoption and impact – time saved, productivity gains, token spend – while keeping in mind that these metrics take a backseat to real commercial results.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who want to change how a business works and see it through.
Must Haves
- 2 – 4 years in a cross-functional role – consulting, implementation, business transformation, operations, strategy, product, or product operations.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI, business automation (e.g., HubSpot, Clay), and knowledge management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).
- Stakeholder management – you influence without authority at every level, from the front line to the C-suite, and make change stick.
- Clear communication – you make technical concepts land with non-technical audiences.

How You Might Stand Out
- Familiarity with scripting (Python, Shell, VBA).
- Data fluency – you can read a dashboard, interrogate a metric, and derive insights.
- Exposure to AI agent orchestration, APIs, or automation platforms.
- Experience in PE-backed or high-growth technology environments.
Why this Role
In this role, you'll have:
- Exposure to Quoreka's executive team from day one. You'll take your findings and recommendations straight to the leaders who can act on them, and you'll own the change through to the result.
- The opportunity to drive transformational change, helping a business use GenAI to deliver tangible commercial outcomes.
- Real downstream impact – your output will be directly used by commodities traders moving the raw materials, foodstuffs, and energy that make the world work.
