Travel Assistant – Reigate, Surrey (full training given)
Start a career in business travel with a fast-growing boutique TMC for founders and international business, with offices in the UK and New York.
£25,000–£28,000 DOE + performance bonus
Reigate, Surrey | 4 days in the office, 1 day remote once trained
Reports to: Head of Operations
Start: Monday 4 January 2027

We manage business travel for founder-led brands, the creator economy, and corporate clients across a variety of sectors, with a focus on time-critical C-suite international trips. We offer a consultancy-first approach, guiding clients on how to maximise travel as a growth lever, whilst booking and managing all aspects of the trip.
2027 is our biggest year yet as we continue to expand across the UK and New York.
The role
This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to learn business travel properly, from the inside. You'll be trained from scratch on how we quote, book and look after clients – flights, hotels, rail, complex itineraries and the changes that come with them – and you'll work side by side with senior consultants on live accounts from your first week.

What you'll be doing
- Learning our booking system (Galileo) and how we manage every trip – full training provided.
- Supporting senior consultants with quoting, booking and servicing corporate clients.
- Handling changes, disruptions and client requests with guidance, then increasingly on your own.
- Keeping every file accurate and every client informed using our systems.
- Building towards managing your own portfolio of clients.
What you'll need
- No travel experience required – we'll teach you the job.
- A genuine interest in travel, and how businesses move their people around the world.
- Strong communication, on the phone and in writing, and real attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure and comfortable with a fast pace.
- A can-do attitude and the curiosity to learn from people who've done it for years.
- Able to be in our Reigate office four days a week.
