Business travel support agent
Required for this global travel organisation. You will be working from home after 2 weeks training in the office, Salary up to 40k + 5% bonus and great benefits.
Experience wise, they are looking for 5 years travel industry experience, knowledge of sabre, amadeus, and galileo ideally, but 2 of the above would be fine, strong fares and ticketing experience, ideally a mix of corporate and leisure. This is a Thursday to Monday role. Weekdays working 12 noon to 8.30pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5.30pm

- Supporting the companies independent consultants who look after both corporate and leisure clients
- Actioning requests sent over to the helpdesk, such as issuing/reissuing and refunding complex airline tickets, help advisors with systems such as concur, Dolphin etc, help with ADMS, GDS issues, sabre, amadeus, and galileo
- Assist new advisors with setup and run training sessions
- Manage the UK hotel inbox
- Support advisors with NDC requests
- Quality checking advisors bookings
Business travel support agents skills required
- Minimum 5 years business/leisure travel experience
- Excellent GDS knowledge
- Strong fares and ticketing knowledge
- Good British rail and European train knowledge
- Good knowledge of Concur

Additional information
- Hours: 3 days during the week working around 12 noon to 8.30pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5.30pm, two days off during the week together
