Business travel - Implementation and support executive
Required for this expanding company who support a number of TMCs in the UK. They are looking for a SBTC with some knowledge of online booking tools, a implementation support agent or a helpdesk agent both with a TMC background. Homebased, up to £37,500, plus 5% bonus, 23 days holidays etc
Business travel - Implementation and support executive duties
- Lead the implementation and configuration of online booking tools, Atriis and Cytric
- Support the business with first and second line queries once live and deliver a very high level of customer service
- Provide virtual and onsite training sessions
- Evaluate training needs
- Suggest solutions to the TMC where needed regarding client need of an online booking tool

Business travel - Implementation and support executive skills required
- Ideally a proven record of implementing and supporting online booking tools
- They will consider a senior business travel consultant who is used to high volume and experience supporting online booking tools
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence in delivering presentations and training
- Ideally knowledge of either Atriis or Cytric
- An excellent problem solver

Additional information
- Monday to Friday role 9am to 5.30pm
- Homebased only
