Dutch Speaking Business Travel Consultant

We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an established, global business travel company with offices across the UK who are recruiting for a Dutch speaking Business Travel Consultant to join their team, working on a small portfolio of accounts. This role will be on a flexible hybrid rota in one of the companies' locations based across the UK and will be working Mon-Fri 9am-6pm offering a salary £32,000-£38,000 dependent on experience, along with great company benefits.

Dutch Speaking Business Travel Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Assisting corporate clients with Worldwide travel enquiries including flights, hotels, and transfers by phone and email.
  • Providing support and advice on the best travel options.
  • Responsible for the whole process including changes and amendments and ticketing.
  • Offering a high level of service, while compliant with SLA’s.

Dutch Speaking Business Travel Consultant Experience Required:

  • Previous experience working within Business Travel/Corporate Travel.
  • Excellent fares and ticketing knowledge.
  • Experience using Sabre is preferred but other GDS Galileo/Amadeus may be considered.
  • Fluent Dutch language.
  • Excellent Customer service skills.
  • Strong fares and ticketing experience.
