Senior Business Travel Consultant - Touring Out of Hours
An American TMC are looking for an experienced business travel consultant from a music/touring background to work out of hours Thursday to Monday, 3am to 12 noon, looking after their clients globally. A small but fast-growing business, home-based, around £55,000 to £65,000 plus benefits. Sabre experience is a must.
Senior Business Travel Consultant - Touring Duties
- Working closely with the US team to provide a continuation of service
- Working with high-profile clients to book flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, dealing with musicians, production crews, and artist management
- Providing a top-tier, discreet service, addressing all clients' travel needs and preferences
- Maintaining excellent communication with clients, understanding their unique requirements
- Collaborating with tour managers, event organizers, and production teams, aligning travel logistics with client schedules and commitments
- Acting as one of the primary points of contact for UK time zone coverage, handling phone calls, emergencies, and any immediate needs of US-based clients and agents who are touring abroad

Senior Business Travel Consultant Touring Skills Required
- Touring experience is a must
- Sabre experience is a must

Additional Information
- Working Thursday to Monday, 5 days a week, 3am to 12 noon
- You would need to set yourself up as a limited company as the client is solely based in the USA, and invoice them monthly. They are more than happy to help and advise
- 25 days holidays plus bank holidays
