Business Travel Consultant
Competitive basic salary + annual bonus | Hybrid working | 37.5 hours per week
We are recruiting for an award-winning, ambitious and growing travel management company looking to expand its UK operations team.
This is a varied role managing everything from straightforward bookings to complex, multi-sector itineraries for corporate clients. You’ll join a supportive team where excellent service, accuracy and taking ownership are genuinely valued.
What will you be doing?
- Managing corporate travel bookings from enquiry through to completion.
- Booking flights, rail, hotels, car hire and other travel services.
- Handling changes, reissues, refunds and cancellations.
- Using your fares and GDS knowledge to provide cost-effective, policy-compliant solutions.
- Supporting travellers during urgent changes and disruption.
- Working within client travel policies and agreed service levels.
- Maintaining accuracy to minimise ADMs and billing errors.
- Supporting colleagues during busy periods.

What are we looking for?
- Previous business travel or corporate travel experience.
- Working knowledge of Sabre, Amadeus or another relevant GDS.
- Good fares knowledge and experience managing changes and reissues.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage changing priorities.
- A positive and collaborative approach.
