Job Description: Business Travel Immigration Specialist

In this key Business Travel role, specialising in immigration for short-term travel, you will:

  • Become the primary client-facing contact for business travellers, ensuring seamless immigration support.
  • Provide expert immigration assessments, compliance guidance, and coordinated service to enhance travel experiences.

Core Responsibilities

  • Client Service:
    • Continue as the primary liaison between Vialto and clients with employees on business trips.
    • Deliver exceptional support through clear communication, updating on assessment progress, and troubleshooting concerns.

  • Strategic Business Support:

    • Develop and nurture strong client relations to foster long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth.
    • Be the go-to immigration expert for all business traveller compliance, including visas, work permits, and regulatory adherence.
  • Product Collaboration:

    • Partner with our product team to ensure the global mobility platform embeds technically accurate, up-to-date immigration content.
  • Assessments & Advisory:

    • Conduct detailed reviews (visa applications, permits, and compliance checks) tailored to specifications.
    • Advise on strategies minimising liabilities for companies and employees.
  • Regulatory Excellence:

    • Monitor global immigration trends, disseminating insights for clients.
    • Oversee policy-specific training or workshops to raise awareness around compliance risks.
  • Business Opportunities & Growth:

    • Audit client needs to identify expansion opportunities.
    • Expand client portfolio through targeted engagement and proposal management.
    • Study market and competitor trends to refine growth strategies.

Execution as an Immigration SME

Your scope includes:

  • Assisting with Business Traveller Technology Implementations (e.g., policy integration).
  • Analysing and strategic direction for business traveller data resolutions.
  • Creating immigration governance frameworks, including process refinements and policy drafting.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, development) to refine Business Traveller Service-focused activities.

Key Deliverables & Beyond

  • Play a role in thought leadership across business travel and immigration spaces (marketing materials, conference contributions).
  • Support commercial execution of engagements, driving revenue growth.
  • Align with company-wide digital transformation initiatives.
