Business Unit Director: Global Team Lead – Unilever
Department: Global Commercial
Location: Euston, London (Hybrid)
Role Purpose
Reporting to the Global Client Lead for Unilever, the Global Team Lead is responsible for managing the service team supporting Unilever Global CMI, Marketing, and Customer teams to drive revenue growth and increase client impact and satisfaction.

Client Leadership
- Lead contact point for Global Unilever teams
- Position Worldpanel as an innovated trusted, strategic partner to global clients
- Identify opportunities to build impact, network, and pipeline across client contacts
- Lead and support delivery of high impact projects
Commercial
- Manage and grow revenue sourced from Global Unilever teams
- Support local market Unilever revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify repeatable and scalable services that can be monetized
- Provide market, competitor, and client insight to inform decision-making

Network Leadership
- Ensure strong collaboration with local and Europanel teams
- Oversee global data delivery to Unilever from the Europanel value add team
