About the Role

Homey has built an automated sales-progression tool for estate agents — a low-cost, high-margin product that keeps property chains moving without an army of case handlers. We're looking for a Business Unit Manager to take full day-to-day ownership of this part of Homey: drive automation of the sales progression process, and get it into the hands of as many estate agents as possible as a feeder into the wider Homey platform.

You'll lead our Sales Progressor team and report directly into Homey's senior leadership. Your KPI is blunt: % of the property market using our sales progression product.

What you'll do

  • Push sales progression towards full automation, so limited human cost is spent delivering the service.
  • Run the marketing activity that gets this product into as many estate agency inboxes as possible.
  • Prove the product works with hard numbers — genuinely faster transactions, not just a nicer dashboard.
  • Generate real market noise: press, case studies and word of mouth around an automated, ultra-low-cost sales progression offer.
  • Show the benefit of Homey to everyone in the chain, on every transaction that runs through the tool.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What excellence looks like

  • Automation is demonstrated, not promised — human cost per transaction keeps falling.
  • Estate agents talk about the product to other estate agents.
  • Sales Progressors know exactly what they're waiting on for every case, and clients hear about delays from us first.
