Company Description

Haulera provides professional property clearance and site clean-up services across the West Midlands, supporting homeowners, landlords, estate agents, and businesses. Services range from full and partial property clearances to deep cleaning, garden clearances, and end-of-tenancy or pre-sale preparation. The team manages projects from single rooms to entire properties and outdoor spaces, ensuring they are clean, cleared, and ready for use or sale. Haulera also offers fast-turnaround clearance and presentation services for residential and commercial properties coming to market. The company emphasizes reliability, speed, and attention to detail to deliver a hassle-free experience for clients.

Role Description

The Business Development Executive intern will support the growth of Haulera by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders such as estate agents, landlords, and property managers. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, contacting prospects via email, phone, and online channels, and assisting in preparing proposals and presentations. The intern will work closely with the leadership team to help develop and refine sales strategies, maintain CRM records, and track outreach and conversion metrics. This is a remote internship role, requiring proactive communication, self-organization, and regular reporting on progress and outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
