Busser / Dishwasher
Radica’s Hot & Spicy is hiring a reliable and hardworking Busser/Dishwasher to help keep our restaurant clean, organized, and running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Clear and clean tables quickly after customers leave
- Reset tables for incoming customers
- Collect and wash dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, and kitchen utensils
- Keep the dishwashing station clean and organized
- Sweep and mop dining, bar, kitchen, and service areas
- Remove garbage and replace garbage bags as needed
- Keep floors, tables, counters, and work areas clean
- Coordinate and organize beer orders for servers and the bar
- Refill beer and beverage fridges
- Refill bar stock, cups, napkins, straws, and other supplies
- Assist servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff when required
- Monitor supplies and notify management when items are running low
- Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures
- Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers

Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
- Able to work in a busy, fast-paced restaurant
- Able to stand for long periods and lift cases of beverages, garbage bags, dish racks, and restaurant supplies
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous restaurant experience is an asset but not required
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $17.60 per hour.
