Every product you prepare will be destined for some of the world's most prestigious superyachts and luxury estates, where exceptional quality is expected every time.

We're looking for an experienced Butcher / Prep Chef to join our growing production team. If you take pride in precision, enjoy working with premium ingredients, and are passionate about delivering exceptional quality, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

This is a hands-on position where you'll play a key role in preparing premium meat and fish products to the highest standards for our luxury clientele.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing our beef dry-ageing programme
  • Butchering and preparing premium cuts of beef, lamb, and pork
  • Fish preparation
  • Vacuum packing and labelling products
  • Managing stock levels and inventory
  • Maintaining exceptional quality standards at every stage of production
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe working environment
  • Working closely with our operations and warehouse teams to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time

You'll ideally have:

  • At least 4 years' experience in a professional butchery or high-end kitchen environment
  • Strong butchery skills across beef, lamb, and pork
  • Experience preparing fish
  • Experience working in hotels, luxury hospitality, or fine dining
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organization and stock management skills
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Food Hygiene Level 3 (minimum)
  • Flexibility to spend several weeks or months working from our Paris, France operation during peak seasonal periods.
