The Chancery Rosewood, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.
Butler (6-month Contract)
As a Butler (6-month Contract), you will be the trusted companion to our Suite guests — the person who knows them, anticipates them, and ensures their stay feels entirely personal from the moment they arrive. This is a role where precision meets warmth, and where intuition transforms service into something truly memorable.
Working closely with the Butler team and in partnership with colleagues across the hotel, you will be the central connection between each guest and the full Chancery Rosewood experience, delivering seamless, thoughtful, and highly personalised service at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities
- Build authentic, meaningful relationships with each Suite guest, developing a deep understanding of their preferences, routines, and expectations to deliver truly anticipatory service.
- Coordinate and deliver all guest requests — including luggage, laundry, amenities, and dining — with precision, efficiency, and grace.
- Provide a personalised and intuitive suite orientation, ensuring every guest feels immediately comfortable, confident, and at home.
- Collaborate seamlessly with all departments to ensure a cohesive and exceptional guest journey from arrival to departure.
- Deliver refined in-suite food and beverage service, ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience within the privacy of the suite.
- Take ownership of guest feedback and concerns, resolving them with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and readiness within all suites, ensuring every environment reflects luxury at its finest.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion at all times, safeguarding guest trust and personal information.
