Butler to UHNWI Principal (Household & Travel Management) - Based in Dubai

Location: Based between principal residence and international travel

Employment Type: Full-time, Live-in

Preference: Eastern European candidates with luxury hospitality, private service, yachting, aviation, or UHNW household experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly polished and discreet Butler to support a UHNWI. The successful candidate will take ownership of household operations and travel logistics, ensuring we deliver exceptional service at all times. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can anticipate needs, maintain high standards of presentation, and manage a dynamic lifestyle across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Household Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the residence(s)
  • Ensure impeccable presentation and upkeep of all properties
  • Coordinate household staff, contractors, and service providers
  • Manage inventories, consumables, wardrobes, and household supplies
  • Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance standards
  • Assist with hosting guests and private events

Travel Management

  • Accompany the principal on domestic and international travel
  • Coordinate itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and special requests
  • Handle packing, unpacking, wardrobe preparation, and travel logistics
  • Liaise with hotels, FBOs, private aviation providers, chauffeurs, and concierge services
  • Ensure smooth execution of all travel-related arrangements

Personal Service

  • Provide traditional butler service and lifestyle support
  • Anticipate and respond to the principal's requirements with discretion
  • Manage reservations, appointments, and special arrangements
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience as a Butler, House Manager, Personal Assistant, Senior Hospitality Professional, Yacht Steward, or VIP Service Specialist
  • Experience supporting UHNWI, HNWI, royal, diplomatic, or ultra-luxury clientele preferred
  • Background from luxury hotels, private clubs, private aviation, superyachts, or private households
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • High emotional intelligence and service orientation
  • Fluent English required; additional European languages advantageous
  • Strong understanding of etiquette, protocol, and luxury service standards
  • Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally at short notice
