Location: Central London Position: Full-Time Butler Hours: 36 hours, 5 days a week, including Saturdays
We are looking for an exceptional Butler to join the team at a prestigious fashion location in London. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for an individual with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service. The successful candidate will play an important role in creating a warm, polished and seamless experience for guests, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times.
The Role
As Butler, you will provide a highly personalised and attentive service, anticipating the needs of guests and ensuring every interaction reflects the standards expected within a luxury environment.

- Providing discreet, attentive and personalised service to guests
- Anticipating guest needs and responding proactively
- Serving food and beverages to an exceptional standard
- Welcoming and assisting guests throughout their visit
- Maintaining impeccable presentation across guest and service areas
- Ensuring all areas are consistently clean, organised and presented to the highest standard
- Assisting with daily hospitality and service requirements
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Handling guest requests with professionalism, warmth and discretion
- Upholding the highest standards of grooming, etiquette and presentation
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in luxury hospitality, private service, fine dining or 5-star hotels
- Naturally warm, polished and professional
- Discreet and highly attentive to detail
- Confident delivering personalised service
- Comfortable working with high-profile and discerning guests
- Proactive and able to anticipate what guests may need
- Immaculately presented
- Calm, composed and professional at all times
- A strong communicator and team player
- Passionate about providing an exceptional level of service

Previous Butler, Private Household, Luxury Hotel or high-end hospitality experience is highly desirable. This is a unique opportunity to become part of the team and to work within an environment where service, discretion and attention to detail are paramount.
