We are seeking an experienced Butler / Personal Assistant with Personal Training expertise
We are seeking an experienced Butler / Personal Assistant with Personal Training expertise to support a highly successful HNW Businessman with an extensive international travel schedule.
About the Role
This is a highly trusted and varied position combining private service, personal assistance and fitness support. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the Principal’s day-to-day life, ensuring everything runs smoothly whether he is in London or travelling internationally.
The role will initially be offered on a part-time basis in London for three months, allowing the successful candidate to build a strong working relationship with the Principal and understand his preferences, routines and requirements.
During this period, the candidate will also accompany the Principal on an overseas trip, most likely to Lagos, Nigeria.
Following this initial period, the role will transition into a full-time, permanent travelling position, with a particularly busy schedule between London and Lagos. The Principal is expected to spend approximately two weeks per month in Lagos, alongside travel to other international destinations.

The Role
The successful candidate will provide a combination of discreet private service, personal assistance and professional fitness support to the Principal.
You will work closely with one individual, becoming familiar with his routines, preferences and requirements and anticipating what is needed across his personal life, travel and fitness regime.

The role requires someone highly adaptable and comfortable moving between Butler, PA and Personal Trainer responsibilities depending on the Principal’s schedule and location.
Key Responsibilities
Butler / Private Service
- Provide a discreet, polished and highly professional level of personal service.
- Anticipate the Principal’s needs and preferences.
- Prepare and manage the practical details of travel, residences and daily routines.
- Ensure clothing, personal items and travel requirements are prepared and organised.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and service.
- Support the Principal throughout international travel.
- Liaise with household staff, hotels, restaurants, drivers and other service providers.
Personal Assistant Support
- Support the Principal with his daily schedule and commitments.
- Manage appointments, travel arrangements and personal engagements.
- Help organise daily, weekly and monthly routines.
- Coordinate practical arrangements before, during and after travel.
- Manage ad hoc personal tasks and requests.
- Develop a strong understanding of the Principal’s preferences and anticipate requirements.
- Maintain complete confidentiality around the Principal’s personal and professional affairs.
Personal Training & Nutrition
- Design and deliver appropriate personal training programmes.
- Train with the Principal when required, both in London and internationally.
- Support the Principal in maintaining his fitness routine while travelling.
- Provide guidance around nutrition and healthy eating.
- Adapt training programmes around a demanding international schedule.
- Make use of gyms and training facilities across different locations.
About You
We are looking for someone who combines the service standards of an experienced Butler with the practical skills of a Personal Assistant and Personal Trainer.
You will ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Butler, Private PA, Personal Assistant or within a similar private service environment.
- A recognised Personal Training qualification and professional experience delivering personal training.
- Strong knowledge of fitness and nutrition.
- Experience supporting an HNW or UHNW Principal would be highly advantageous.
- Experience working internationally or travelling extensively with a Principal would be beneficial.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple requirements calmly.
- A proactive approach and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional manner.
- A polished and well-presented appearance.
- A clean, full driving licence.
- The flexibility and stamina required for an extensive international travel schedule.
- A naturally discreet and trustworthy approach.
Most importantly, you will understand that this is a high-trust position. Absolute discretion, confidentiality and sound judgement are essential.
You should be comfortable working closely with one individual, adapting to their preferences and becoming familiar with the details of their personal and professional life.
The Opportunity
This is an unusual opportunity for an experienced Butler, PA or private service professional with a strong background in fitness.
The initial three-month London-based period provides an opportunity to establish a strong relationship with the Principal and understand the requirements of the role before transitioning into a full-time international travelling position.
For the right person, this could become a long-term opportunity working closely with a successful international businessman, with significant exposure to both his private life and growing fitness business.
The position can be offered on a U A E employment contract, providing a tax-free salary structure.
