Description & Requirements
Our Team
Bloomberg’s Order Management System (AIM) delivers global, multi-asset technology for portfolio management, trading, compliance, and operations. Trusted by more than 14,000 investment professionals across 900+ institutional client firms—including leading asset managers, pension funds, insurers, and sovereign institutions—AIM provides the enterprise infrastructure required to rebalance portfolios, execute efficiently, and maintain real-time operational control across multi-asset strategies.
What’s the Role?
We are seeking a commercially driven Enterprise Sales Specialist to lead net-new business growth for Bloomberg AIM across the UK market. In this role, you will manage complex, long-cycle enterprise sales processes—from initial prospecting and workflow discovery to commercial negotiation and closing—targeting C-suite decision-makers including Chief Operating Officers, Heads of Trading, Heads of Compliance, and Chief Investment Officers.
You will position Bloomberg AIM as an enterprise Investment Book of Record (IBOR) and trading engine, articulating its value across portfolio construction, order generation, pre- and post-trade compliance monitoring, cash positioning, and global market connectivity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
