Buyer – Branded Beauty

We’re looking for a commercially minded Buyer with a passion for beauty, new brands and discovering the products customers will want next.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing and managing an exciting range of third-party branded beauty products for our online platform – identifying emerging brands, viral products and new beauty trends across the UK and international markets.

Working closely with the Buying Manager and wider Ecommerce, Trading, Merchandising and Marketing teams, you’ll help shape a distinctive and commercially successful beauty assortment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Discover and source exciting new beauty brands and products
  • Build strong relationships with brands, distributors and suppliers
  • Negotiate pricing, margin, payment terms and promotional support
  • Keep ahead of emerging beauty trends, viral products and market newness
  • Build a strong pipeline of new brands and product launches
  • Manage and review range performance across sales, margin and stock
  • Identify opportunities to grow sales and profitability
  • Support promotional planning, pricing and competitor analysis
  • Work cross-functionally to bring new brands and products to market quickly

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
