Workwear Uniform Group Ltd (WWUGL)

Workwear Uniform Group Ltd (WWUGL) is a market leader in the sourcing, design, manufacture and distribution of technical workwear, PPE and bespoke corporate uniforms. With an annual turnover of £100 million and an international presence, the Group comprises multiple brands, each excelling in a distinct stage of the workwear lifecycle. This structure enables us to deliver comprehensive, cradle-to-grave solutions for household names across industries including construction, healthcare, rail, logistics, banking, retail and tourism.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving the growth of two of the Group’s leading brands, Direct Corporate Clothing, an off-the-shelf PPE and workwear contract specialist, and Incorporatewear, a bespoke corporate uniform specialist. You’ll also contribute to establishing WWUGL as a recognised and respected brand in its own right.

We are committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion across our workforce and to eliminating unlawful discrimination in all its forms.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive PPE Buyer to join our procurement team at WWUGL. You will play an important role in managing supplier relationships, sourcing products, securing competitive pricing and identifying opportunities to improve our supply chain. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous experience purchasing PPE who understands the supplier market and enjoys building strong commercial relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
