FIXRA

FIXRA is a rapidly growing eCommerce company specialising in car parts, accessories and tools. With a diverse and expanding product portfolio, a loyal customer base, and sales across multiple platforms, including Amazon and our own DTC websites, we’re continuing to expand our product offering and supplier network.

We’re a motivated, hard-working team with a drive for success, and we’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Buyer to join our Product and Sourcing Team.

About the Role

As a Buyer, you’ll play a key role in developing and expanding our product range. You’ll be responsible for opening new supplier accounts, negotiating pricing and commercial terms, improving our existing product offering, and identifying new ranges and product lines to introduce to the business.

You’ll work closely with both new and existing suppliers to secure competitive pricing, improve margins, maintain availability, and ensure we continue to offer the right products at the right price.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and open new accounts with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing suppliers.
  • Negotiate purchase prices, discounts, payment terms, MOQs and other commercial terms.
  • Review existing products and negotiate improved pricing to increase margins and competitiveness.
  • Identify and source new products, ranges and product lines to expand our offering.
  • Research competitors, market pricing, product trends and new opportunities.
  • Manage and improve the performance of existing product ranges.
  • Analyse sales, margins, stock levels and product performance to support buying decisions.
  • Forecast demand and place purchase orders to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Work with suppliers to manage availability, lead times and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor supplier performance, product quality and pricing.
  • Work closely with the eCommerce, logistics and finance teams to support product launches and ongoing ranges.
  • Maintain accurate supplier, product, pricing and purchasing records.
  • Meet company buying, margin and product growth targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
