We're partnering with a rapidly growing online beauty retailer to recruit a Junior Buyer to join their commercial team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful eCommerce business that has built a strong reputation within the beauty industry and continues to experience significant growth. Working closely with the Head of Commercial, you'll support the management of key beauty brands, ensuring strong supplier relationships, effective stock management and commercial performance across a diverse product portfolio.
The Role
As Junior Buyer, you'll play a key role in supporting the buying function, helping to ensure products are available at the right time, in the right quantities and at the right commercial terms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and buy across a portfolio of beauty brands.
- Raise and manage purchase orders in line with buying requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and sales performance, making recommendations to maximise availability and sales opportunities.
- Chase outstanding supplier orders and communicate delivery updates internally.
- Analyse sales trends and react to spikes in customer demand.
- Support supplier negotiations, promotions and trading activity.
- Maintain accurate product and stock information across internal systems.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Support wider commercial projects and business initiatives as required.

About You
We're looking for a commercially minded and highly organised individual who is passionate about the beauty industry and eager to develop their buying career. You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience within a Buying, Junior Buying, Purchasing or Supply Chain role.
- Experience working within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, haircare or a related retail category.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- A genuine interest in beauty products and industry trends.
