The Opportunity
As Buyer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products are available when customers need them, managing supplier relationships, controlling inventory levels, and ensuring purchasing activities are executed efficiently and commercially.
You'll work closely with colleagues across commercial, finance, and operational teams, helping to keep supply chains running smoothly whilst ensuring purchasing decisions are aligned with demand forecasts and business objectives.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys balancing supplier engagement, stock management, problem-solving, and commercial awareness.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing purchase orders and supplier communications
- Monitoring stock levels and inventory performance
- Ensuring products arrive on time and in line with customer demand
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand upcoming requirements
- Managing supplier queries, credits, returns, and delivery issues
- Tracking pricing and ensuring purchasing compliance
- Supporting inventory optimisation and reducing aged stock
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring existing purchasing experience into a busy, collaborative environment.

Ideally you'll have:
- Experience in a Buyer, Procurement or Purchasing role
- Experience within a fast-paced B2B, distribution, wholesale, technology, manufacturing, or product-based environment
- Experience managing stock, inventory, and supplier performance
- A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
