About Us
Baytree Cars Limited is the UK’s leading independent luxury and supercar dealer. As a family-run business with over 20 years of trading experience in prestige and performance vehicles, we offer a distinctive alternative to main dealers. We are built on the belief that genuine customer satisfaction fosters long-term loyalty, combining deep product knowledge with consistently high standards of service. To fuel our continued growth and feed our Derby showroom, we are expanding our footprint with a dedicated London acquisition office.
The Role
Stock is the lifeblood of our business. We are looking for a highly connected, full-time Buyer to spearhead our London operations. Leveraging the high concentration of wealth in the South East, you will utilise your established network, our extensive database and direct customer contacts to source 10–15 top-tier vehicles per month, focusing on the finest examples of but not limited to Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce.
This is a pure sourcing role based in London (with occasional travel to our Derby HQ). You will not be distracted by the showroom floor; your sole focus is acquisition, backed by substantial capital and rapid decision-making.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
