About The Opportunity
Step into a pivotal role where your strategic thinking and operational acumen will drive the flow of essential materials, directly impacting key performance indicators and the overall success of operations. This is more than just a purchasing role; it’s an opportunity to be at the heart of supply chain innovation, where you will manage material flows from suppliers to operational centers, enhance service delivery, and champion smart procurement strategies. Your work will ensure that critical facilities maintain optimal stock levels, directly preventing disruptions and supporting the company’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage various aspects of supply chain, including ordering, assessing supplier capacities, identifying delivery risks, and resolving complex delivery challenges.
- Act as a critical escalation point for material and service delivery risks, effectively communicating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to mitigate issues.
- Proactively identify potential supply chain risks, develop and implement robust mitigation strategies, and communicate potential disruptions and corrective actions to stakeholders to maintain uninterrupted business operations.
- Drive and improve supply chain delivery performance by taking ownership of key metrics, identifying and addressing constraints, and influencing stakeholders to effectively resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure that purchase orders are placed accurately and on time, securing reliable delivery commitments from the supply base.
- Identify opportunities and implement new tools and systems to optimize supply chain processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuously improve existing processes and mechanisms to optimize resources and enhance value delivery across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Intermediate experience in Procurement Management, including supplier relations, contract negotiation, and purchasing best practices.
- Intermediate experience in Project Management, with the ability to lead initiatives and drive projects to successful completion.
- Demonstrated ability to exhibit a strong Bias for Action, taking initiative and delivering results.
- Proven Ownership of responsibilities, showing accountability and commitment to outcomes.
- A track record of earning trust through consistent performance, reliability, and transparent communication.
