Location: Luton (Hybrid - minimum 3 days onsite per week)

Are you an experienced Supply Chain or Purchasing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? What You'll Do
As a Buyer, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement and delivery of products while maintaining strong supplier relationships and supporting inventory optimisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing supplier relationships and monitoring supplier performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Managing MRP requirements for assigned suppliers, raising and processing purchase orders in line with agreed lead times, pricing, and supplier terms.
- Maintaining optimum stock levels and supporting inventory availability.
- Coordinating supplier deliveries, managing global shipments, raising ADV documentation, and applying correct costs.
- Expediting outstanding orders to ensure continuity of supply and proactively communicating potential risks or delays to stakeholders.
- Reviewing supplier order books and updating SYSPRO to maintain accurate purchase order data, including quantities, pricing, delivery dates, and product information.
- Monitoring and responding to Live Agent tickets in line with agreed service levels.
- Creating new parts within SYSPRO and maintaining purchasing data to support accurate availability information.
- Working closely with internal teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, or a similar role.
- Experience managing international or global supply chains.
- Good understanding of international shipping requirements, including Incoterms, freight arrangements, and associated responsibilities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems, ideally SYSPRO.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
