Are you a Buyer from a manufacturing / electronics background looking to join a role with a global semiconductor specialist offering specialist industry training, a bi-annual bonus to boost your income within a tight-knit buying team of two?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global Electronics Manufacturing and Engineering specialising in semiconductors and test solutions. They have seen rapid growth since their establishment, now having offices in Europe, USA, and Asia, and are looking for a Junior Buyer to join their Senior Buyer at their Glasgow office.

The Role

  • Sourcing, negotiating, and buying electronic materials
  • Specialist training on industry-specific equipment and pricing
  • Working as a team of 2 with the Senior Buyer
  • Monday-Friday (flexible 7.5hr shifts between 8am-6pm)
  • Overtime available (Mon-Fri 1.75x pay and 2x pay Saturdays)

The Person

  • Buyer with experience within manufacturing or electronics
  • Willing to commute to their office in Glasgow
